As small open economies, the Nordic nations are particularly exposed to the slowdown in activity across Europe as many of its most important trading partners implement restrictions that are likely to see export demand weaken. Activity will continue to be constrained until a vaccine is widely available, the timing of which is most likely, in our view, to be in mid-2021.
